Ministries

At Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, we have a strong sense of community and a passion for serving others. Our volunteers and ministries play an integral role in bringing our congregation together and helping those in need. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those around us. Join us in extending the love of Christ to our community!

The Compasionate Friends

Supporting families after a child dies.

When a child dies, at any age, the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated. The Compassionate Friends provides highly personal comfort, hope, and support to every family  experiencing the death of a son or a daughter, a brother or a sister, or a grandchild,  and helps others better assist the grieving family.

The Prayer Chain is an excellent way for you to serve those in need, by praying for them.

As a part of the Prayer Chain you simply to talk with God on behalf of the person the prayer is requested for then pass on the request to the next person on your Prayer Chain list. Join us and lift others in prayer. For more information, contact the church office at 321-783-0852 or EMAIL

Kayaking

We are not only devoted to spiritual growth, but also to enjoying God’s creations in nature. We embrace the fun and adventure of kayaking, and believe that spending time on the water is a beautiful way to connect with God and others.
