All participants must have a waiver on file before the event.

Minors under 18 must be listed on a parent/guardian waiver with an adult signature.

Bring a water bottle (refills provided) and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes for safety. 

Children aged 8 and older are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
